Application Process

As part of the Application Process, please schedule the following:

  • An "Open Door Tour" of the school while classes are in session
  • Shadow day for your student(s) in First through Eighth Grade
  • Shadow hours for your student(s) in Kindergarten, Pre-K3 or Pre-K4

1. Click to Create an Account

To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.

2. Click to Start Application

You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields. An application will need to be completed per applicant.

3. Provide Required Documentation

  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate (per applicant)
  • Most recent Health Assessment Record
  • Home Language Survey
  • Previous Report cards for students entering First to Eighth Grade only
  • NWEA MAPS/Current standardized test scores for students entering Third to Seventh Grade only 
  • Parish Confirmation Form

4. Review and Submit & Pay Application Fee

Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit." You will then be instructed to pay the $175.00 application fee per applicant & $325 non-refundable deposit (will be applied to tuition). 

Important Information

  • If applying for Pre-Kindergarten 3, a child must be three years old by September 1st
  • If applying for Pre-Kindergarten 4, a child must be four years old by September 1st
  • If applying for Kindergarten, a child must be 5 years old by September 1st
  • Parish Confirmation Form is required for all current and incoming families to be eligible for the Parish Grant
  • Once we receive your child(ren) information and payment, your application will be complete, and we can welcome you to SBS!
  • If the applicant had previously applied and was placed on our waitlist, please submit a new application for the current school year
  • Once the Application has been submitted with all the necessary documents, a screening will be scheduled for all applicants entering Pre-Kindergarten through Eighth Grade
